My Way to a Healthier Me

My Journey

As stated earlier, I was known as "skinny jenny" growing up.  From the first memory I had to about my mid-twenties, I was thin.  In fact, I was too thin, but it was just how I was built.  But as I got older, that started changing.  I started gaining.  And gaining.  And gaining.

Sure, I tried the many "diets" out there.  And they were successful for a while, but as soon as I stopped their strict rules, I gained it all back plus more.  I was miserable.  I felt embarrassed.  I hated how I looked in my clothes.  I was frustrated that I had then been battling being overweight for more years than I had been thin.  And worse....  I started to have to deal with headaches, high blood pressure, and waking up from snoring and heartburn.

And then I was introduced to our Program, and that all changed!! Was I skeptical?  Of course! But what I have learned on this Program is that it isn't just about your weight.  It's about your mindset.  And when you work on both together, you get long-term, life-changing transformation!!

I learned to change my habits.  And I am much better for it.  I didn't think I could see this kind of change and positive results as a post-menopausal woman in her 50s, but here I am loving it!!  And I want to pay this gift forward.

Becoming a Coach as part of our Program is so rewarding, and I look forward to the privilege and excitement of coaching you on your journey!
