This program is designed to be simple and sustainable. It addresses more than just weight loss, but also your mindset and your habits. If you change your habits, then you are most likely to remain successful.
This is not a diet. It is a lifestyle.
And one of the things that makes this program different is Coaching. You don't walk through this journey alone. You get me! I will be your biggest cheerleader, your accountability partner, your guide, and will do my best to answer your questions. There is never any reprimand, just redirection.
Walking through a journey with someone increases your chances of success, and that is one of the things that made this such a success in my own life. I had that accountability. I had that cheerleader. I had that tough love from someone willing to fight for my goals with me. I wasn't given a book of instructions and left on my own to figure it out. And neither will you.
The Program is simple. It was designed by a physician. And if you follow it, it is effective.
